Nationwide Courier
Standard South African courier delivery is configured at R99. Delivery timing depends on stock confirmation, payment clearance and the destination.
Free Delivery
Orders of R1,500 or more qualify for free courier delivery within South Africa.
Pickup / Handover
Pickup or direct handover can be arranged for suitable orders. ZORIGEN will confirm the handover details after the order is reviewed.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or unsuitable for the confirmed order, contact ZORIGEN as soon as possible so the issue can be assessed. Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition and the reason for return.
